Moved to Colorado (Boulder, Louisville area)
Just a quick note here that I, Alvin Alexander, and my company, Valley Programming, have just moved to the Boulder, Colorado area. I actually live in Broomfield, Colorado, which is ten miles from Boulder, and right next to other cities like Louisville and Lafayette.
I'm still getting things set up here, but once I get everything finished, I'll be offering the same Java, Scala, and Drupal programming services here in Colorado that I previously offered in Alaska.
In keeping with tradition, what I'm actually doing is taking a vacation before I start the company. I'm going to take a little time to explore Estes Park, Colorado Springs, Durango, Vail, and other terrific Colorado vacation spots before getting to work. I did a similar thing when I founded Mission Data way back in 1996, and these days I think of it as a good luck charm.
Hopefully by December, 2011, or possibly by January, 2012, I'll be offering my computer programming services to new clients here in the Boulder, Colorado area. Until then, it's time for a little exploring. :)
