Just Be, a mindfulness reminder application
I’m proud to announce that I’ve developed an Android “mindfulness reminder” app named Just Be. While this new app is simple in many ways, it does what I want: It sends me periodic reminders that help me return to the present moment. (The “reminders” are Android notifications.)
I could write more about the app here, but I’ve already written about it on the JustBe.cc website, so if you’re interested in it, I encourage you to visit that site:
Or, if you prefer, you can go directly to the app’s listing on the Google Android Play Store:
- “Just Be” on the Google Play Store
- “Just Be (Lite)” on the Google Play Store (a free version of Just Be)
I’ll write more about Just Be in the future, but for today I just wanted to make this little announcement.
Update: I also released a free version of my app, which I call Just Be (Lite). It’s similar to the original Just Be app and never times out (expires), but it has a few less features than the paid app. Hopefully it will help demonstrate how Just Be works.
